To ensure you receive dedicated, one-on-one time, appointments are required for all alteration services. This is especially important for formal wear, bridal, or custom design consultations.Mending/repair services do not need an appointment, however prior coordination for drop off is required.

Standard turnaround time for general alterations and mending is 7-10 business days. Custom design projects vary depending on the complexity and fabric sourcing required. Below is a list of some general turnaround times:Everyday Alterations & Minor Repairs: 1 – 2 weeksSuits & Formal Wear: 2 – 3 weeksBridal & Complex Evening Gowns: 3 weeks – 1 monthCustom Clothing Design: 6 – 8 weeks minimum If you need your garment sooner, please about our rush service availability.Please note that alteration/repair turnaround times may be longer in accordance with the Halacha of certain chagim/holidays (chol hamoed, the nine days, etc.).

I do not have set business hours and availability for appointments will vary depending on the time of year. However, I am fairly flexible with scheduling alteration appointments and am happy to schedule evening and night appointments as well as daytime time slots.
